-1 pound raw almonds
-1 egg white
-1 teaspoon cold water
-1 Cup sugar
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
-Parchment paper (wax paper will not work)
STEP ONE: Preheat the oven to 250
STEP TWO: Place 1 lb almonds in a large bowl. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, and allspice in separate bowl.
STEP THREE: In a small bowl add the egg white with water and beat with electric mixer until fluffy (3-5 min).
STEP FOUR: Add egg whites to almonds. Fold almonds into the egg whites until well coated.
